Welcome to PAV TELECOMS
PAV Cellular is a privately owned company that was established in 1998, when Vodacom and MTN launched prepaid cellular airtime in South Africa. Our Experience dates back to 1994, with the launch of the GSM cellular license in South Africa.
PAV Telecoms began distributing airtime and starter packs on behalf of Smartcall and later negotiated with MTN to distribute MTN Airtime and Starter Packs. PAV Telecoms today distributes all forms of airtime and Starter Packs for Vodacom, MTN, CellC, Telkom Mobile, and Prepaid Electricity for Eskom and Municipalities.
PAV Telecoms has formed a strong strategic alliance with Smartcall and makes use of many of the Smartcall solutions to vend airtime and Rica starter packs. PAV Telecoms has won many “Best Distributor Awards” from the cellular networks over the past years. We strive to have Professionsl, Passionate staff that make use of the changes in technology and communication to ensure that our customers have the most up to date solutions when selling airtime or ricaring starter packs. It is important that our customers make use of technologies and opportunities to set up their own business in this ever changing cellular industry.

Over the past years, PAV Telecoms is proud to have been involved in helping the less fortunate. Organisations and charities that we have donated time and funds to are:
Meals on Wheels, CANSA, Quads 4 Quads, Quadriplegic Association of South Africa, The Sun Flower Fund, Rhino Force, Khwela – Fight Against Malaria, Cebtral Methodist Church Mission, Somali Community – Fordsburg, Olivershouse and various Churches and Schools in South Africa.
