PAV App: How do I make a request to remove my personal data ?
For PAV App users, there are currently two ways you can use to remove your personal information if you so desire. Please note it is not possible to delete your data and keep the PAV airtime app account open. The options are as follows:
Option 1: Delete your account directly from the app:
From the PAV Airtime App, you can follow these steps:
- Login to your account.
- Tap to the “Account Settings” button, located in the left hand menu on the Home Screen of the PAV App.
- Tap the “My Account” Button.
- Tap “Close Account”. You will be asked to confirm. Please note this action can not be undone.
Option 2: Delete your account directly from the app:
You can also send an email to airtime@pavtelecoms.co.za with the following information:
- State that you would like to close your account and delete your personal information.
- Please provide your account number or cellphone number that you use to login to your account.
- Our team will reach out to you to confirm your desire to close the account and delete your personal information.
